We’ll handle your small business bookkeeping including entering your monthly income and expenses, calculating payroll, bank reconciliations and preparing and printing monthly reports.  If you already have a Tax Preparer we will work with them throughout the year in order to have your taxes prepared and filed in a timely manner.

We will perform all payroll functions including payroll tax deposits, complete W-2 Forms, prepare and file quarterly reports, and year end reports.

Free QuickBooks Analysis:

 

We will come to your office and spend up to an hour reviewing your QuickBooks data with a fresh set of eyes.  This will give you confidence that all is in order.  If it’s not, we will give you an estimate of the cost to get everything back in order.  If it’s not set up correctly then the data you get out of it will not be accurate.  There is no obligation on your part, regardless of what we may find.
